Later this month we will be changing our patient management system.

This change is necessary as the current system we are using is being phased out.

While this obviously means a lot of work and changes for us, what does it mean for you?

We will be closed on Friday 25 (which is a public holiday) and Saturday 26 September, to allow for data transfer over the long weekend (25-27 September).

We will reopen on Monday 28 September with our new system live.

We’ll do everything in our power to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible. Our reception and administration team members, plus our practitioners, will receive training in the lead up to the transfer. But please be patient with us during the transition to the new system, and if there are any teething issues once it goes live.

The change means we will also be using a different provider for our online bookings system. We’re currently working on that transfer too, and we will know more about the new set up soon.
