He was supporting players in an U16s and Seniors squad that competed against CFC Academy in Hyderabad, India.

Beginning pointe repertoire is an exciting time in a dancers career; however, with this excitement comes an increase in risk of overuse injuries such as tendinopathies, ankle impingements and bone stress injuries.

Our Physiotherapists can use these to test the upper and lower body strength of a patient – including hip, knee, shoulder, ankle, hamstring and neck muscle groups.
Dr Gaylene McKay has been the Opals (Australian Women’s Basketball Team) Physiotherapist for 7 years and travelled with them many times for camps and tournaments. But this year she had the privilege of supporting them in Tokyo for the 2020 Olympics!
