In late 2024, she was the first female medical staff member to work in the Men’s National Team’s network at Football Australia, when she travelled to Vanuatu with the Olyroos (Australia’s U-23 Men’s soccer team).
Carlee is a keen skier and was the Chief Medical Officer for the Australian Youth Winter Olympic Team in 2020. She has also completed a wilderness medicine training course, on skis, in Chamonix France in 2019.
