Drawn to physiotherapy through her passion for competitive sport and her interest in Anatomy, Brooke graduated from the University of Melbourne’s Doctor of Physiotherapy program in 2021. She is currently undertaking further studies in the Master of Sports and Exercise Physiotherapy at LaTrobe University, to further develop specialised skills in the management of elite and high-performance athletes.
Experienced in managing acute and chronic spinal injuries, shoulder injuries and instability, and hip and pelvic injury, Brooke enjoys working with hypermobile, acrobatic, weightlifting and CrossFit athletes. She has managed high-performance athletes and acute sporting injuries through her work with Badminton Australia, Para Badminton Australia, Gymnastics Victoria, Old Melburnians FC (VAFA), and Williamstown FC (VFL).
Brooke has an empathetic approach to therapy and, following movement analysis and physical assessment, collaborates with her patients to develop tailored treatment plans for each individual. She combines manual therapy (Joint Mobilisations, Massage, Dry Needling) and clinical exercise (Strength, Conditioning and Pilates), to achieve optimal results. Brooke also educates individuals on self-management strategies to prevent future injury.
