Alphington Sports Medicine is an official Collection Point for Friends with Dignity’s Christmas Appeal again this year.

Friends With Dignity is a not-for-profit organisation providing assistance to adults and children who have been impacted by domestic violence.

If you’d like to donate Christmas Gifts for children and adult victims/survivors of domestic violence, please drop them off at our reception by 9 December.

What to donate:

New, unwrapped toys and gifts for all ages
Gift vouchers
Non-perishable festive food
New clothing, toiletries and personal care items

Please don’t donate:
Wrapping paper, gift bags and cards
Used or second-hand items
Toy guns (e.g. Nerf or water guns)
Perishable food or alcohol
Open or damaged packaging
