I’m Shane O’Leary, an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Alphington Sports Medicine. I have a special interest in running, endurance sport, injury recovery, and helping people return to the activities they enjoy.
As both a clinician and an active endurance athlete who has competed in marathons and Ironman 70.3 events, I understand the challenges of balancing training, injury management, work, and everyday life.
